Participants must be referred by their case manager, family advocate, or housing navigator.

Our team prioritizes referrals for services from nonprofit housing case managers who specialize in Rapid Rehousing and Permanent Supportive Housing. This also includes receiving referrals from Housing Navigators, whenever our capacity allows.

Our primary goal is to help these individuals and families secure stable and permanent housing and together, we strive to ensure that everyone in need receives the support and resources necessary to find and maintain a safe and secure home.
